Kanga Gardening has maintained a multi-unit commercial complex in Chelsea Heights since 2023. The committee's original concern was consistency: its previous gardener had repeatedly used weather to defer visits, allowing the property to become untidy. The agreed scope therefore included at least 26 visits a year, mowing and edging, litter collection, garden-bed and hard-surface weed control, seasonal pruning and green-waste removal.

After a major storm in February 2024, the manager reported windblown green waste near one factory and a trimming backlog. Tim allocated an additional Saturday clean-up and early Monday catch-up at no additional charge, while keeping the manager informed. The property remained within Kanga's recurring maintenance portfolio several years later.
